Do you cover my area?

We cover the whole of London.

What happens if I move house?

Tidy Cleaners Limited will transfer your account to another address in  the London area.

Can I meet the cleaner first?

Yes, it is always a good idea to meet the cleaner to discuss your priorities with them. Tidy Cleaners Limited will arrange a meeting with the cleaner at your house at a convenient time for you, which can be in the daytime, evening or weekend.

Do I have to stay at home when the cleaner comes to me?

No, the cleaners are all 100% vetted and experienced so that you can leave them to clean alone in your house.

Will Tidy Cleaners Limited be able to provide me with a temporary cleaner if my regular cleaner is off sick or on holiday?

Yes, Tidy Cleaners Limited will always contact you to arrange temporary cover should your regular cleaner let us know that she is unable  to come to you for any reason.

Do I need to pay the cleaner extra if I want her to clean at the
weekend?

 No, the rate of pay for the cleaners is the same at all times.

Are you insured?

Yes we have a comprehensive public liability cover. Our insurance policy will cover any accidental damages to your property caused by our cleaner up to £1,000,000.

Do you guarantee your services ?

Yes. We promise that if you are not satisfied with the result from a job then we will continue to clean until you are happy or we will arrange to come back and re-do the cleaning absolutely free of charge.
